General Provisions and Definitions
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set out the rules for using the websites available at neurotech.pl, neurotech.vet, and neuromodu.pl (jointly, the "Websites"), operated by PWM NEUROTECH spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.
Terms used in these Terms of Use mean:
Service Provider / Data Controller – PWM NEUROTECH sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Grodzisk Mazowiecki, as specified in detail in Section 2;
Websites – the websites neurotech.pl, neurotech.vet, and neuromodu.pl;
User – any person using the Websites;
Contact Form – a feature of the Websites enabling messages to be sent to the Service Provider.
Using the Websites constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Use.

Nature of the Websites and Medical Disclaimer
The Websites are informational and contact-oriented in nature. They do not enable the conclusion of sales contracts or other distance contracts; they present information about the offer, technology, and knowledge related to neurotherapy, neuromodulation, and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), and allow Users to contact the Service Provider.
The content published on the Websites is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute medical or veterinary advice, does not replace consultation with a physician, veterinarian, or other qualified specialist, and must not be relied upon as the sole basis for making therapeutic decisions. Any decision to apply a given therapy method or device is made by a qualified specialist on a case-by-case basis.
Rules for Using the Websites
Use of the Websites is free of charge and does not require registration.
Using the Websites requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.
Users must not submit unlawful content or engage in activities that could disrupt the proper functioning of the Websites, including automated data extraction (e.g., scraping) without the Service Provider's consent.
Intellectual Property
All content published on the Websites, including texts, graphics, logos, trademarks, and page layout, is the property of PWM NEUROTECH sp. z o.o. or is used by it under separate rights, and is protected by law, in particular under copyright, related rights, and industrial property law.
Copying, distributing, or otherwise using this content without the Service Provider's prior written consent is prohibited, except as permitted by law.
Contact Form and Service Provider's Liability
Through the Websites, the User may send a message to the Service Provider using the contact form or the e-mail address indicated. Sending a message does not constitute the conclusion of any agreement with the Service Provider.
The Service Provider makes every effort to ensure that the Websites function correctly and are continuously available; however, it does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Websites and reserves the right to temporary technical interruptions, including for maintenance or updates.
The Service Provider is not liable for damages resulting from use of the Websites contrary to their intended purpose or these Terms of Use, nor for interruptions in the availability of the Websites resulting from causes beyond the Service Provider's control (e.g., internet connection failures, force majeure).
Any irregularities in the functioning of the Websites may be reported to the e-mail address indicated in Section 2.
Final Provisions
The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. The amended Terms of Use shall enter into force upon publication on the Websites.
In matters not regulated by these Terms of Use, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the Provision of Electronic Services.
These Terms of Use enter into force on the date of publication on the Websites.

Purpose, Legal Basis, and Retention Period
Personal data submitted via the contact form or by e-mail is processed for the purpose of responding to inquiries and handling requests.
The legal basis for processing is the Controller's legitimate interest, consisting of the ability to provide a full and professional response to the inquiry submitted (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to respond to the message sent.
Data is stored for the period necessary to respond to and handle the request, and subsequently, if necessary, for a period allowing the Controller to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements (until the statute of limitations for any claims expires).
Recipients of Data and Data Subject Rights
Personal data may be shared with entities providing hosting, IT, and, where necessary, advisory (legal, accounting) services to the Controller, solely to the extent necessary to perform those services.
The data subject has the right to access their data, rectify it, erase it, restrict its processing, transfer it, and object to processing based on the Controller's legitimate interest.

The data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
Cookies
The Websites use cookies, i.e., small text files stored on the User's end device.
The Websites use only necessary cookies, required for the proper functioning of the Websites (e.g., remembering technical page settings). The legal basis for their use is the Controller's legitimate interest in ensuring the proper operation of the Websites (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This type of cookie does not require the User's consent.
The Websites do not currently use analytical or marketing cookies, or social media plug-ins. Should such tools be introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated accordingly, and, where necessary, the User will be asked to provide appropriate consent.
